What You'll Have • Registered Nurse (Adult) with current NMC registration • Significant post-registration experience within oncology, haematology, SACT and outpatient services (minimum seven years) • Extensive senior nursing leadership experience, ideally at Matron, Lead Nurse or equivalent level (minimum five years) • Strong knowledge of clinical governance, patient safety, risk management and quality improvement • Current UKONS SACT Passport (or willingness to work towards) • Advanced Life Support qualification (or willingness to work towards) • Post-registration qualification in Oncology and/or Haematology • Leadership and management qualification, or equivalent senior leadership experience • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage confidently with consultants, senior clinicians and multidisciplinary teams • A passion for delivering exceptional patient care whilst developing and supporting others Why Choose GenesisCare?
