ONLINE SALES & E-COMMERCE MANAGER Location: Enfield, London Salary: £38,000 per year-£50,000 per year- Hours: 37.5 hours per week Contract: Permanent, Full-time our client, DB Parts Ltd, trading as Designer Beema, is a UK-based supplier of genuine BMW and MINI parts. We supply individual customers, garages and trade customers through our online store on both a B2B and B2C basis. To strengthen our online sales and support the expansion of our business, we are looking for an Online Sales & E-commerce Manager to manage and develop our online sales operations. Main Duties • Manage the company’s online store and sales channels. • Develop online sales and pricing strategies. • Monitor sales, stock levels and customer demand. • Manage product listings and online promotions. • Develop new retail and trade customers. • Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse and delivery teams. • Supervise online sales and customer service activities. • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for the directors. • Improve the online ordering and customer service experience. • Ensure sales targets and business objectives are achieved. Requirements • A degree or relevant experience in business, sales, retail or e-commerce. • Good communication and organisational skills.
