Operational Buyer - Fixed term contract What's the role?Are you a detail-oriented procurement professional with a passion for driving efficiency and delivering results? We are looking for an Regional Operations Buyer to join our procurement team and play a key role in supporting our end-to-end Sourcing processes across the Northern Europe region. As an Operations Buyer you will be responsible for delivering efficient and compliant sourcing operations while partnering with stakeholders and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of procurement activities. Please note this is a full-time fixed-term contract position. What You'll do • Deliver end-to-end sourcing activities (including Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, goods/service receipt, KPIs) • Use SAP, Ariba Guided Buying, and Contract Management systems effectively • Support category strategy execution and sourcing activities • Collaborate with stakeholders and suppliers to resolve issues and provide on-going support • Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to manage complex procurement tasks • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, Signature Guidelines, and ICS controls • Communicate and negotiate effectively, acting as a business partner • Support cross-functional projects and category initiatives • Demonstrate learning agility, applying feedback and driving improvement • Deliver results efficiently within timelines and improve team performance What You’ll Bring • Previous knowledge of sourcing/P2P processes preferred • SAP & Arriba proficiency • Proven stakeholder management and communications skills • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability • High attention to compliance, process accuracy and reporting • Track record of Execution Excellence • A degree level qualification in a relevant area would be preferred What’s In It for YouWe really value our people and we've worked hard to develop a reward package that reflects this.
