Operations Manager in Financial Planning! Hybrid City!

Operations Manager in Financial Planning required in the City of London. This is a replacement role and requires a candidate who has worked at another IFA firm. We are looking for someone from a similar background who has a good understanding of suitability reports and Management Information. This person will be responsible for the day to day running of the business. Duties will include monthly payroll, bank reconciliations and managing of the Company Accounts. You will also assist with compliance and chairing of investment committees. You will also assist with recruitment, employment contracts and staff annual reviews as well as organising and managing staff incentives. Tasks include management of IT hardware as well as the running of Board meetings and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have several years senior operational and management experience within an IFA.
