Operations Manager

Recruit4staff are representing a market-leading animal feeds manufacturing business in their search for an Operations Manager to work in Oswestry. Job Details: • Pay: Up to £50,000 per annum • Hours of Work: Monday to Friday working hours (days) with some weekend work when needed • Duration: Permanent • Benefits: Standard pension, 28 days' holiday including statutory bank holidays, training, progression opportunities and free parking Job Role: As an Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day management of a busy feed mill, ensuring safe, efficient and cost-effective operations. The Operations Manager will lead production, transport and maintenance teams while reporting KPIs to the Board of Directors, managing budgets, improving operational performance and implementing best practices to maximise efficiency. You will also champion a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with all business and legal requirements.
