Operations Oversight Analyst

Be-Resourcing is excited to present an opportunity for an Operations Oversight Analyst based in Edinburgh. Offering a salary of £35,000 - £40,000 plus benefits, this role sits within a busy Operations team responsible for overseeing key outsourced providers and ensuring investment operations activities are delivered effectively and in line with regulatory requirements. The main responsibilities for this position include: • Supporting trade lifecycle oversight across equities, bonds, FX and derivatives. • Performing fund accounting oversight and monitoring cash and stock reconciliations. • Producing fund flow, regulatory and governance reporting. • Monitoring and overseeing third-party service providers. • Investigating operational issues and supporting resolution activities. • Maintaining controls, procedures and process documentation. • Supporting operational improvement and change projects. To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and skills: • Experience within Investment Operations, Fund Operations or Fund Oversight. • Knowledge of fund accounting, reconciliations and operational controls. • Experience producing MI and operational reporting. • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. • IOC qualification desirable.
