The Role As an Optical Assistant, you'll be an integral part of delivering an exceptional patient journey from beginning to end. Your responsibilities will include: • Providing a warm, professional and personalised welcome to every patient. • Guiding patients through an exclusive selection of luxury eyewear brands, offering expert styling advice tailored to their lifestyle and individual needs. • Recommending premium lenses and optical solutions with confidence. • Supporting the Optometrists with pre-screening and patient preparation. • Carrying out collections, fittings, adjustments and aftercare to the highest standard. • Ensuring the practice consistently reflects its impeccable reputation through outstanding presentation and customer service. • Building lasting relationships with patients through exceptional care and attention to detail. What We're Looking For • Previous experience working as an Optical Assistant. • A passion for luxury retail and delivering outstanding customer experiences. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • A polished, professional and approachable manner. • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. • Someone who genuinely enjoys creating memorable experiences for every patient.
