What You'll Need to Succeed We're looking for enthusiastic optometrists with strong experience in a high street or busy practice setting. You should be confident in delivering excellent, comprehensive patient care and thrive in a collaborative environment. You will: • Deliver clinical care in line with professional standards, routine refractions including anterior and posterior eye health assessment (including Volk), and appropriate prescribing • Recognise and manage pathology in accordance with local protocols and guidelines • Communicate clearly and empathetically with patients — including when delivering sensitive news • Maintain accurate and professional clinical records • Adhere to CORU and Specsavers Standards of Practice • Be passionate about continued learning and professional development • Support and collaborate with colleagues, contributing to team development to deliver exceptional patient care English Language Proficiency: To ensure effective communication with patients and colleagues, a minimum of IELTS Level 7.0 is required Support for International Optometrists We know relocating is a big step — and we're here to make it easier.
