This role offers a 50% share in the optom partnership alongside a 25% share in hearcare, providing long-term income potential, clinical variety and the chance to influence two complementary stores. About the Stores Morley Morley is a large, established store located next to a busy Morrisons, benefiting from strong local footfall and free customer parking. The store serves a broad demographic, with a particularly strong and loyal patient base reflective of its market-town location. Following a full refit in late 2021, Morley offers a modern working environment with: • Five optical test rooms • Dedicated hearcare facilities (Audiology Hub) • OCT • Strong enhanced services including IOP refinement schemes, DVLA work and CUES • Dry eye services planned White Rose White Rose is a medium-sized store situated within a Sainsbury's at a busy shopping centre, attracting a slightly younger, retail-led demographic. The store recently completed a Boost in November 2025, supporting continued growth and sustainability, and includes: • Three optical test rooms with daily double testing • Dual-purpose hearcare room (spoke store) • OCT The Partnership Opportunity This role offers shared ownership across both optical and hearcare, making it ideal for an optometrist looking to broaden their scope, influence service development and build a long-term business portfolio. As a Partner, you'll be involved in: • Delivering consistently high clinical standards across both stores • Supporting and developing optometrists, pre-regs and hearcare colleagues • Driving customer volume • Helping shape future service development, including enhanced and specialist pathways • Working closely with established store management teams The businesses are well-structured, with three Store Managers and two Assistant Store Managers already in place, allowing partners to focus on leadership, strategy and clinical excellence rather than day-to-day operational pressure.
