Oracle Fusion Consultant

Robert Half Technology is assisting a market leading financial services organisation to recruit a Oracle Fusion Consultant - Hybrid working - London based Role • The Oracle Fusion Consultant will lead the implementation of Oracle Fusion applications across various modules, including • Collaborate with functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Oracle Fusion framework. • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation related to implementation projects. • Provide guidance and support to functional teams on the optimal use of Oracle Fusion applications to meet business objectives. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Fusion implementation, and provide ongoing support to end-users. • Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure a smooth transition to Oracle Fusion applications. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new product releases, and provide recommendations for system upgrades and enhancements. Profile • The Oracle Fusion Consultant will have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. • 5+ years of experience in implementing Oracle Fusion applications. • Strong technical knowledge of Oracle Fusion modules and their implementation methodologies. • Ability to manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Oracle Fusion implementation. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL, and experience with data migration and integration is a plus.
