Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant (F2D) Salary: up to £95,000 + Bonus + Benefits Location: Nottingham - 2 days a week onsite Working Hours: 40 hours per week - Full time Job Type: Permanent Are you an Oracle Supply Chain professional with expertise in Demand Planning and Oracle Fusion Planning? We are supporting a major Oracle Cloud transformation programme looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Demand Planning Functional Consultant to help design and standardise Forecast to Demand processes across a complex enterprise environment. Working closely with business stakeholders across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, Procurement and IT, the Oracle Fusion Demand Planning Functional Consultant will play a key role in defining future state planning processes, driving business transformation and delivering scalable Oracle Fusion Planning solutions. Responsibilities for the Oracle Fusion Demand Planning Functional Consultant: • Lead the design of Forecast to Demand processes across forecasting, demand planning and supply planning • Conduct fit gap analysis between business requirements and Oracle Fusion Planning capabilities • Produce functional specifications, solution designs and process blueprints • Facilitate workshops to define future state planning processes and operating models • Design planning structures including hierarchies, calendars, forecasting models and planning measures • Work closely with Supply Chain, Sales, Manufacturing, Procurement, Finance and IT teams • Define integration requirements across Oracle Fusion Planning, ERP platforms and Oracle Integration Cloud • Support data migration activities including demand history, planning parameters and master data readiness • Identify programme risks, dependencies and opportunities throughout the transformation lifecycle • Promote Oracle best practice and standardised planning processes across the programme Essential Skills for the Oracle Fusion Demand Planning Functional Consultant: • Strong Oracle Supply Chain Planning functional consulting experience • Hands on Oracle Fusion Planning configuration and solution design experience • Strong understanding of: Forecasting, Demand Planning, Replenishment, Supply Planning • Experience delivering Oracle transformation programmes involving planning standardisation • Experience conducting fit gap analysis and business process design • Strong knowledge of planning hierarchies, demand signals and forecasting methodologies • Experience defining planning calendars, operational models and planning structures • Understanding of Oracle Fusion integrations across ERP, SCM and external planning platforms • Experience supporting master data, data migration and demand history preparation • Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills Desirable Skills for the Oracle Fusion Demand Planning Functional Consultant: • Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities • Experience designing complex Supply Chain solutions • Excellent communication skills with both business and technical stakeholders • Previous Oracle Cloud transformation programme experience If you are interested in the Oracle Fusion Demand Planning Functional Consultant role, please apply in the immediate instance.
