Order Operations Manager £35,000 - £40,000 + Benefits | Immediate Opportunity Are you an experienced operations professional with a passion for leading people, improving processes and delivering outstanding customer service? We are looking for an Order Operations Manager to lead a small team responsible for the accurate and timely processing of customer and supplier orders. The Role • Lead, coach and develop a team of 3 • Manage the full order lifecycle from order entry through to delivery • Monitor KPIs and drive operational performance • Identify process improvements and remove bottlenecks • Work closely with Sales, Purchasing and Quality teams • Act as the voice of the team, ensuring operational priorities are represented across the business About You • Previous leadership or supervisory experience • Background in order processing, sales operations, purchasing, supply chain or a similar function • Strong customer focus and stakeholder management skills • Experience improving processes and driving efficiencies • Confident using KPIs and data to make decisions • Highly organised with a proactive approach What's On Offer? • £35,000 - £40,000 salary (negotiable) • Profit-related bonus opportunity • 23 days holiday • Company pension • Cycle to Work scheme • Free onsite parking • Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5:00pm, Friday 8:30am-4:00pm This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on manager who enjoys developing people, improving performance and making a real impact within a growing business.
