We value freshness, reliability, and excellent service in the floral industry. Summary We are seeking a dedicated Order Picker to join our team. As an integral part of our warehouse operations, you will help ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, supporting our mission to deliver fresh flowers and plants efficiently. Responsibilities • Safely handle materials to pick, pack, and stock products. • Manage shipping and receiving processes accurately. • Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory. • Ensure quality control standards are maintained. • Assist with heavy lifting and load/unload tasks. • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment. • Support team members in daily operational tasks. • Serve walk in clients and assist with orders. • Process dry goods into water for conditioning. • Assist in daily stock taking and quality control Hours (Over time is guaranteed Christmas, Valentines and Mothersday) • Monday 4 am -2pm • Tuesday 5am -2pm • Wednesday 5am - 2pm • Thursday 4am - 2pm • Saturday 5am - 10 am Qualifications • Proven experience in warehouse operations or similar roles. • Familiarity with I T systems. • Strong attention to detail for picking and packing accuracy. • Flower Industry knowledge is a plus but not essential. • Excellent teamwork and communication skills. • Call-To-ActionIf you are passionate about working in a dynamic small family like team warehouse environment and want to contribute to a vibrant floral distribution company, we invite you to blossom with us—apply now and grow your career at Fiori.
