Job description

Our client is looking for a proactive and organised Out of Hours Recruitment Resourcer to join a busy and growing recruitment team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants the flexibility of working outside traditional office hours. You’ll play a key role in supporting recruitment activity, engaging with candidates, managing availability, and ensuring clients receive an excellent service when they need it most. Key Responsibilities: • Sourcing and identifying suitable candidates for available roles • Contacting candidates via telephone, email, and online platforms • Screening candidates and assessing suitability for vacancies • Managing candidate availability and coordinating bookings • Updating recruitment systems and maintaining accurate records • Responding to candidate queries and providing excellent customer service • Supporting urgent recruitment requirements outside standard office hours • Building strong relationships with candidates and ensuring a positive experience • Working closely with consultants and clients to support recruitment activity • Assisting with general recruitment administration and resourcing tasks Working Hours Monday – Friday: 4:30pm – 9:00pm Saturday & Sunday: 8:30am – 5:00pm (Flexible working patterns may be discussed) Experience and Skills Requirements • Previous experience within recruitment, resourcing, customer service, administration, or a similar role would be advantageous • Excellent communication skills with a confident telephone manner • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively • Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends • Confident using Microsoft Office and recruitment systems • Positive, proactive, and reliable approach to work • Strong relationship-building skills and a genuine interest in helping people succeed If you have not been contacted within 5 working days, then unfortunately on this occasion your CV has not been shortlisted.
