Packing Operative Cowes, Isle of Wight £13.12 per hour | Temporary Assignment | 4 Weeks Potential Extensions Start Date: 3rd August Pertemps Isle of Wight are currently recruiting Packing Operatives to join a busy warehouse team in Cowes. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-known premium skincare brand, helping to create beautifully presented gift boxes and customer orders in a fast-paced fulfilment environment. No previous experience is necessarily required, but you must be reliable, have good attention to detail and be comfortable working quickly to meet daily targets. The Role You'll be part of a busy team assembling gift sets and preparing products ready for dispatch. The work is repetitive but rewarding, and speed and accuracy are essential. Your duties will include: • Assembling gift boxes and promotional product packs. • Picking and packing customer orders. • Checking products for quality and presentation. • Following packing instructions and quality standards. • Keeping your work area clean and organised. • Working efficiently to meet daily production targets. What We're Looking For You'll be someone who: • Is reliable and committed for the full 4-week assignment. • Works well with their hands and enjoys practical tasks. • Can work quickly without compromising quality. • Has excellent attention to detail. • Is a team player with a positive attitude. • Is happy carrying out repetitive work in a fast-paced environment. Previous warehouse, packing or production experience would be an advantage but isn't essential, as full training will be provided. Working Hours • Monday to Friday. • 8:30am – 4:30pm. • 4-week temporary assignment. • Start date: 3rd August. What's in it for you?
