Paid Social Manager

Paid Social Manager Bristol, hybrid with We're recruiting for a growing creative agency that's investing in its paid social offering and is looking for an experienced Paid Social Manager to help take it to the next level. This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for planning, launching and optimising paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok, as well as using paid media to amplify high-performing organic content. You'll work across a varied client portfolio, with a particular focus on retail and destination brands, helping clients achieve everything from brand awareness and engagement to event promotion, lead generation and footfall. You'll also take ownership of the agency's own paid social marketing, supporting business growth through channels including LinkedIn and Meta. This role would suit someone who enjoys being in the platforms, testing new ideas, analysing performance and turning data into actionable insights. You'll work closely with social, content and client services teams, but you'll be the go-to paid social specialist within the business. What we're looking for • Around 2-5 years' paid social experience • Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager • Experience running TikTok campaigns • Confident managing budgets and optimising campaign performance • Strong analytical skills and a commercial mindset • Able to manage multiple campaigns and priorities • Agency experience would be a bonus, but isn't essential • Experience with LinkedIn Ads or GA4 would also be advantageous • What's on offer? • £35,000–£39,000 depending on experience • Hybrid working in Bristol • A genuine opportunity to help shape and grow the agency's paid social offering • Supportive, collaborative team • Ongoing learning and development • The chance to work with a great mix of well-known consumer brands If you're passionate about paid social and are looking for a role where you can take ownership, influence strategy and deliver campaigns that make a real impact, we'd love to hear from you. Ideally, they’d like someone who can spend around one day a week in the Bristol office, but they’re open to flexibility for the right person. There’s no fixed office day, and the approach is very much based around what works best for individuals and the team. Some people enjoy being in regularly, while others work on a more flexible pattern, with those based further away coming in approximately once a fortnight.
