Painter & Decorator

We're currently recruiting for experienced Painters & Decorators to join a well-established housing provider working across Leicestershire. Working within the Planned Works Team, you'll be carrying out internal and external decorating works within occupied social housing properties. The Role • Internal and external painting and decorating • Preparation of surfaces including filling, sanding and making good • Emulsion and gloss work to walls, ceilings, woodwork and doors • Completing refurbishment and planned maintenance works • Working in occupied residential properties • Delivering high standards of workmanship and customer service Requirements • Previous experience as a Painter & Decorator • Experience within social housing, planned works or residential maintenance preferred • Own transport • Full UK Driving Licence • Ability to work independently and as part of a team What's on Offer? • £24.00 per hour • 37 hours per week • Long-term contract opportunity • Potential for a permanent position • Localised work across Leicestershire • Immediate starts available Interested?
