Panel Beater

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Panel Beater to join a reputable accident repair specialist based in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire. Benefits: • Competitive salary package up to £55,000 OTE, dependent on experience and qualifications • 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays • Access to ongoing internal and external training programmes • Pension scheme and death in service insurance • Discount schemes through Perkbox and free healthcare via MediCash • Standard 42.5-hour working week, Monday to Friday • Supportive team environment and modern workshop facilities • Opportunities for career progression within a well-established business with over 30 years of industry experience Duties as a Panel Beater will include: • Stripping and fitting panels with precision to meet industry standards • Restoring vehicles to pre-accident condition through panel repairs or replacements • Conducting quality checks to ensure manufacturer standards are maintained • Liaising with estimating and customer service departments to facilitate smooth workflow and customer satisfaction • Maintaining a clean and safe workshop environment • Compiling detailed records of repairs and parts used Requirements: • Proven experience as a Panel Beater in a busy bodyshop or dealership environment • Relevant NVQ or ATA qualification in Vehicle Body Repair • Knowledge of vehicle repair software and tools • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Excellent organisational and time management skills • Full UK driving licence This position represents an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Panel Beater seeking to join a respected workshop that values quality work and professional development.
