Job description

Our client is seeking an ambitious Residential Property Paralegal to join our growing and highly regarded property team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside experienced conveyancers, gain exposure to a varied caseload, and play a key role in delivering exceptional service to clients throughout the property transaction process. As a Residential Property Paralegal, you will provide vital support to fee earners across a broad range of residential conveyancing matters, helping to ensure transactions progress smoothly from instruction through to completion. Experience and Skills Requirements • Previous experience within a Residential Property or Conveyancing team. • Strong administrative and organisational skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail. • Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems.
