Job description

Our client is a specialist immigration law firm based in Central London, conveniently located close to Charing Cross Station. The firm provides expert immigration advice and legal services to individuals, families, entrepreneurs, and businesses. It has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality legal support and exceptional client care across a broad range of UK immigration matters. Due to continued growth, the firm is seeking a dedicated and motivated Immigration Paralegal to join its expanding team. Key Responsibilities • Assisting immigration lawyer and caseworkers with a wide range of UK immigration matters. • Preparing and submitting immigration applications, including Skilled Worker, Sponsor Licence, Family, Student, Visitor, Settlement, and British Citizenship applications, and etc. • Drafting legal representations, supporting letters, and application forms. • Liaising with clients to obtain instructions and supporting documentation. • Managing and maintaining case files to ensure accuracy and compliance. • Communicating with the Home Office, UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI), and other relevant authorities. • Conducting legal research and keeping up to date with changes in UK immigration law and policy. • Monitoring case progress and ensuring key deadlines are met. • Providing excellent client service throughout the application process. Requirements • Previous experience working within UK immigration law is preferred. • Fluent in both English and Chinese (written and spoken). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. • Professional, reliable, and client-focused approach.
