This role is ideal for a recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced legal environment, working closely with experienced solicitors on a variety of commercial and property matters. Key Responsibilities • Assisting solicitors with commercial and property transactions. • Preparing legal documents, contracts, correspondence, and reports. • Conducting legal research and due diligence. • Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties. • Managing and maintaining client files and case management systems. • Supporting property acquisitions, sales, leases, and commercial matters. • Carrying out searches and preparing completion documents. • Providing general administrative and legal support to the team. Candidate Requirements • Law degree (LLB) or equivalent legal qualification. • Strong interest in Commercial and Property Law. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills. • Ability to manage workloads effectively and meet deadlines. • Professional, proactive, and client-focused approach. • Competent in Microsoft Office applications. • Previous legal work experience, placements, or internships would be advantageous but not essential.
