The firm operates with a flexible and supportive culture and prioritises technical excellence and quality of output over volume. Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-level technical paraplanning support to a sole adviser practice • Prepare detailed suitability reports and technical research for high-net-worth clients • Conduct product and fund research using FE Analytics and CashCalc • Support complex financial planning cases with a strong emphasis on accuracy and technical quality • Liaise closely with the adviser to ensure timely and accurate client outcomes • Maintain exceptionally high standards of accuracy with a very low error rate • Support general paraplanning and administrative tasks as required What We’re Looking For: • Minimum Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (essential) • Strong technical paraplanning experience within financial services • Proven experience working with high-net-worth clients • Excellent attention to detail • Strong organisational and administrative skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Confident working in a boutique, client-focused setting Desirable Skills: • Experience using FE Analytics • Experience using CashCalc • Exposure to complex or technical financial planning cases • Experience supporting sole adviser or boutique firms How to Apply: Interested?
