Job description
We are currently working with a highly respected, fully independent, chartered financial planning practice in Cardiff, who are looking to appoint an experienced Paraplanner to join their close-knit team.
This is a unique opportunity to work directly alongside the Managing Director, providing dedicated 1-to-1 support in a hands-on and varied role. You will play a key part in the day-to-day running of client relationships, acting as a main point of contact and ensuring the delivery of a high-quality, personalised service.
The role will suit a proactive and detail-oriented Paraplanner who enjoys working closely with an adviser and being fully involved in the client journey. Importantly, you will be supported by a dedicated administrative team, allowing you to focus on technical work and adviser support rather than being drawn into day-to-day admin tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Providing comprehensive paraplanning support to the Managing Director on a 1-to-1 basis
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships
• Preparing suitability reports and recommendations across a range of financial planning areas
• Supporting the advice process from initial meeting through to implementation
• Working closely with the wider team to ensure a seamless client experience
About the Company:
• Fully independent, Chartered financial planning firm
• Strong reputation for delivering high-quality advice
• Friendly, supportive, and collaborative team environment
• A business that genuinely values and looks after its staff
What’s on Offer:
• Basic salary up to £42,000
• Bonus structure
• Good company benefits
• A supportive working environment with genuine long-term prospects
This is an excellent opportunity for a Paraplanner looking to step into a pivotal role within a well-regarded firm, where you can build a strong working relationship with a senior adviser and make a real impact.
