Paraplanner

Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paraplanner to support Financial Advisers in delivering tailored financial planning solutions. As a Paraplanner, you'll play a vital role in the financial planning process, preparing high-quality suitability reports, conducting research, and ensuring clients receive accurate, compliant advice. Key responsibilities include: • Producing detailed suitability reports and recommendation letters • Gathering and analysing client information • Researching financial products and solutions • Obtaining information from pension providers and third parties • Supporting Financial Advisers throughout the advice process • Maintaining accurate client records and documentation • Keeping up to date with regulatory and legislative changes • Working closely with administrators and other team members to deliver an exceptional client experience About You We're looking for someone who has: • Previous experience as a Paraplanner within an IFA or Wealth Management environment • Experience writing suitability reports • A strong understanding of financial planning products and advice processes • DipPFS qualification (or working towards it) is desirable • Excellent analytical and numerical skills • Exceptional attention to detail • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities • Experience working within a regulated financial services environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience using financial planning software being advantageous What's on Offer • Competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000, depending on experience • Support with professional qualifications and continued development • Hybrid working after initial training • Opportunities for long-term career progression If you're an experienced Paraplanner looking for your next opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.
