Paraplanner South Leeds Up to £40,000 DOE NJR Recruitment are delighted to be working with a growing and highly regarded Independent Financial Planning firm in South Leeds who are looking to recruit an experienced Paraplanner to join their expanding technical team. This is an excellent opportunity for a career paraplanner who enjoys the technical side of financial planning and wants to be part of a supportive and collaborative business where their contribution will be genuinely valued. The Role Working closely with Financial Advisers and the wider support team, you will provide high-quality technical support across all aspects of the advice process. Key responsibilities will include: • Writing detailed and compliant suitability reports across pensions, investments and protection • Conducting technical research and analysis • Preparing recommendation and review documentation • Liaising with advisers, providers and administrators to progress cases efficiently • Supporting advisers with technical queries and planning strategies • Ensuring all documentation meets FCA and internal compliance standards About You • Previous experience working within an IFA / Financial Planning environment • Strong experience writing suitability reports is essential • Good technical understanding of pensions, investments and financial planning products • Excellent attention to detail and written communication skills • Organised, proactive and able to manage workloads effectively • Qualifications would be advantageous, though not essential What’s on Offer • Salary up to £40,000 DOE • Opportunity to join a growing and supportive business • Stable, long-term career opportunity for a career paraplanner • Friendly and collaborative office culture • Full-time office-based role in South Leeds • Free Parking This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced paraplanner looking to join a growing firm where they can continue to develop and play a key role within the technical support team.
