Central London
Salary Up to £60,000 DOE
Full-Time | Onsite for Probation Period (3 months), then Hybrid Working with 2 days from home after probation
An established and highly respected financial planning firm in Central London is looking to appoint a further experienced Paraplanner as part of its continued growth and expansion.

The Opportunity
Working as part of a close-knit advisory team, you'll provide high-quality paraplanning support to advisers across the business on a pooled basis. This is a role suited to an experienced professional who enjoys producing first-class client outcomes and values quality over volume.

Key Responsibilities
• Supporting Financial Advisers with compliant and accurate suitability reports
• Conducting technical research and analysis across pensions, investments and protection products
• Assisting with client recommendations and financial planning strategies
• Preparing client review documentation and recommendations
• Liaising with advisers and other team members to ensure excellent client outcomes
• Maintaining high standards of compliance and technical accuracy
• Contributing to a collaborative, team-focused working environment
Requirements
• Minimum Level 4 Diploma qualified
• Ideally 3–4+ years' paraplanning experience within a financial planning environment
• Exceptional candidates with slightly less experience will also be considered
• Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments and financial planning
• Excellent report-writing and research skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Team-oriented approach with a genuine focus on client outcomes
• Ambition to develop and progress within a growing business

Working Pattern
• Full-time office-based during the initial probation period (3 months, with potential extension to 6 months if required)
• Following successful probation, employees can work from home up to 2 days per week, subject to having a suitable dedicated home-working environment
