An exciting opportunity to join a well established but growing Wealth Management business, based in their offices in Cookham. You will be part of a team of existing, experienced Paraplanners providing support to at team of Advisers and delivering an excellent client experience.

The Role
Follow the firm’s compliance processes and procedures at all times in T&C,
complaints, financial crime, anti - money laundering, anti - bribery, data security, data
protection, conflicts of interest, inducements, record keeping, best execution etc.
• Acting as a main point of contact for clients ensuring all client contact is carried out
in a professional and courteous way
• Dealing with client queries in an efficient and timely manner
• Making sure any updates and reports are issued to clients in a timely manner
• Reviewing client investment portfolios, asset allocations, risk profiles etc. when
requested
• Preparing recommendations and Identifying and discussing areas with the adviser
• Undertaking relevant research
• Preparing documentation to the reviewed by the adviser including suitability reports
• Completing applications / proposal forms
• Making sure all relevant documentation held within a client file is compliant and
retained in line with the firm’s Data security / data protection/ record keeping policy.
Key Requirements
Qualification in Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning
• Keeping up to date with relevant regulatory, product, legislative and technical
requirements
• Good written / oral communication skills
• General IT skills
• Ability to compile reports
