Paraplanner – Manchester City Centre - HybridSalary: Up to £45,000 + Benefits Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent The OpportunityA highly regarded and growing financial planning firm is seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join its established Manchester team. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with Financial Planners, supporting the delivery of sophisticated financial planning solutions to High-Net-Worth (HNW) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) clients. The role offers exposure to complex planning cases within a collaborative and technically focused environment, making it ideal for an ambitious paraplanner looking to further develop their expertise. Key Responsibilities • Prepare detailed and compliant suitability reports. • Undertake technical financial planning research and analysis. • Support advisers with holistic wealth management and financial planning strategies. • Assist with pension, investment, tax and trust planning recommendations. • Ensure all advice and documentation complies with FCA and internal compliance standards. • Liaise with advisers, providers and administration teams to ensure efficient client outcomes. Requirements • Previous paraplanning experience with strong report-writing skills. • Excellent technical knowledge across: • Pensions • Tax Planning • Trusts • CII Level 4 Diploma qualified (or equivalent). • A commitment to continuing professional development and further qualifications. • Strong analytical, research and communication skills.
