As a Paraplanner, you will play a crucial role in their mission to provide tailored financial solutions to clients. • Key Responsibilities: • Preparing and maintaining client files and reviews. • Building cash flow models. • Crafting recommendations and suitability reports. • Identifying areas for financial planning. • Conducting independent research and collaborating with Financial Planners to find suitable solutions. • Knowledge: • In-depth understanding of the financial planning process. • Strong technical knowledge in various product areas, including pensions, investments, IHT planning, tax planning, and protection. • Exceptional suitability report writing skills. • Commitment to staying updated on product, technical, and legislative changes within the financial marketplace. • Benefits: • Flexible home working arrangements. • 28 days holiday plus bank holidays (with 3 days retained for Christmas shutdown). • Early finish Friday at 2:15pm • Birthday day off (after probation). • Sick pay: 5 weeks full pay, 8 weeks half pay. • Income protection for up to 5 years. • Pirkx online discounts and cashback, plus 24-hour access to a GP. • 4x salary death in service. • 5% matched pension contributions. • Access to Academy for long-term career progression. • Competitive bonus scheme.
