Paraplanner | First Step into Team Leader Location: Outskirts of Guildford Hybrid Working: Three days in the office and two days from home (Wednesday is the dedicated team collaboration day) Salary: Up to £55,000 depending on experience and qualifications Are you a Paraplanner who is ready to take your first step into a Team leader role? Perhaps you've been mentoring junior team members, helping with technical queries or informally leading within your current team, but haven't yet had the opportunity to step into an official Team Leader position. The client bank is varied and high net worth, making the paraplanning work technical and bespoke The Opportunity This role has been created for someone who is technically strong and ready to begin their leadership journey. You don't need previous people management experience. Instead, the business is looking for someone who enjoys helping others, and wants to become the "go-to" person within the paraplanning team. You'll work closely with the Head of Paraplanning, who will provide ongoing support and mentoring as you develop your leadership skills. At the same time, you'll remain heavily involved in paraplanning, continuing to work on complex and interesting client cases while gradually taking on more responsibility within the team.
