I am looking for a proactive, confident individual with a can-do attitude to deliver high quality research and reports, take their own initiative to collaborate with Financial Advisers and colleagues to provide a top quality client experience. This position is largely remote with the flexibility for some hybrid working from the clients n office as agreed. The Role • Manage communications with providers and colleagues by phone, email and messaging systems to ensure the smooth processing of cases • Obtain key information and updates where required. • Source provider illustrations, documents and forms from provider platforms and websites. • Prepare technical research and analysis documents as required • Prepare high-quality suitability reports for investments, pensions and protection. • Preparing clear and concise handover notes for colleagues in other teams. • Documenting/updating processes relevant to your role where necessary and sharing knowledge with your colleagues. • Identifying opportunities for improvements and efficiencies within the processes and proactively flagging these with your line manager for continuous improvement. Key Requirements • 5+ years minimum experience in Financial Advice Services with 3+ years paraplanning experience. • Full diploma in Financial Planning is preferred. • Excellent interpersonal and client care skills. • Proven ability to work under own initiative and identify what needs to be done to resolve an issue rather than waiting for instructions. • Excellent diary management, planning and organisational skills to help prioritise key tasks and work efficiently around tight deadlines. • Professional, articulate, and confident.
