Paraplanner / Trainee Paraplanner Rotherham Up to £40,000 DOE NJR Recruitment are delighted to be working with a well-established and highly regarded Independent Financial Planning firm in Rotherham who are looking to recruit either an experienced Paraplanner or an ambitious Trainee Paraplanner to join their friendly and supportive team. The Role Working closely with Financial Advisers and the wider support team, you will provide technical and administrative support throughout the advice process. Responsibilities will include: • Preparing and writing suitability reports and recommendation letters • Conducting research across pensions, investments and protection products • Assisting advisers with client review preparation and meeting documentation • Liaising with providers and platforms regarding client cases • Supporting the implementation of recommendations and new business processing • Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring compliance standards are met • Assisting with ongoing client servicing and annual reviews About You For experienced candidates: • Previous Paraplanning experience within an IFA / Financial Planning environment • Experience writing suitability reports • Strong technical knowledge of pensions and investments • Organised with excellent attention to detail For trainee candidates: • Experience within Financial Services / IFA Administration essential • Keen to progress into Paraplanning and develop technical knowledge • Strong communication and organisational skills • Professional and client-focused approach What’s on Offer • Salary up to £40,000 DOE • Opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team • Long-established and highly respected Financial Planning firm • Genuine development and progression opportunities • Office-based role within a collaborative working environment • Strong focus on client relationships and quality advice This is a fantastic opportunity for either an experienced Paraplanner or someone looking to take the next step into paraplanning within a supportive and growing Financial Planning firm.
