Paraplanner Location: Edgbaston Salary: Up to £38,000 (depending on experience) Type: Full-time, permanent About the Role An established and forward-thinking financial planning business is seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join its expanding team. Working closely with Financial Planners, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, compliant advice to a diverse client base. Key Responsibilities • Conduct fund research and analysis to support client recommendations • Prepare detailed financial suitability reports and documentation • Produce cashflow modelling and reports for client reviews • Maintain due diligence records on funds, platforms, and providers • Collaborate with advisers to identify suitable planning solutions • Ensure all client records and compliance documentation meet regulatory standards • Assist with tax calculations and financial planning analysis where required About You • Minimum 2 years’ Paraplanning experience within an IFA environment • DipPFS (Level 4) qualified or equivalent • Strong understanding of the end-to-end financial planning process • Experience across a range of financial products • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills • Confident communicator with a collaborative mindset • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively What’s on Offer • Competitive salary up to £38,000 • Pension contribution (with salary sacrifice option) • 23 days holiday + bank holidays (increasing with service) • Life cover and income protection • Employee assistance programme and wellbeing support • Supportive, collaborative working culture focused on personal development If you feel like this is a role for you, please apply below
