Job Ref: 341124 Contract: Permanent Hours: 31.75 [[zworkinghours and days]], with opportunities for overtime. We have two shift patterns available for this role which will be discussed at interview. Option One: Monday 02:00 - 07:30, Monday, 23:09 - 07:45, Tuesday, 23:09 - 07:45 & Thursday 23:09 - 07:45 Option Two: Monday 02:00 - 07:30, Tuesday - Thursday 23:09 - 07:45 Location: Parcelforce Worldwide Solent, Kites Croft Business Park, Fareham, PO14 4LW Why this role pays off: • Starting salary: £25,201 per year, £12.71 per hour • After 6 months: £27,561 per year, £13.94 per hour • Opportunity to earn up to £30,000 per year, (based on a 38 hour week & overtime) • Paid weekday and weekend overtime • Additional Allowances:- o Monthly Non Pensionable Addition to Pay (£903.84 per year) o Night Duty Allowance (+£2.74 per hour, applicable on hours worked between 20:00 and 06:00) Plus: • Excellent company pension • Paid holiday allowance starting at 22.5 days per year, rising with service • Medical cover (including eye and dental care) • Uniform and training • Additional Benefits - You will have access to your personal benefits account on our ‘My Bundle+’ platform.
