Part-Qualified Finance Business Partner

Your new company An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Part-Qualified Accountant to join a leading UK charity. This role is ideal for an ACCA or CIMA studier, who is keen to develop their finance business partnering and reporting skills within the rewarding not-for-profit sector. Your new role Working as part of a driven, supportive and forward-thinking team, you will play a key role in supporting financial decision-making, driving performance, and providing meaningful financial insights. • Preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports • Budgeting and forecasting • Delivering insightful financial analysis and modelling • Partnering with budget holders to support effective financial management • Identifying trends, risks and opportunities to inform strategic decision-making • Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation What you'll need to succeed • Part-qualified ACCA or CIMA, ideally in the latter stages of your studies • Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting and management accounting • Proven analytical and financial modelling skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities • Proactive, commercially aware and eager to develop within a business partnering role What you'll get in return Starting salary dependent on experience and qualification - Circa £40000 - £50000 + generous benefits Predominately remote working If you are looking to take the next step in your finance career and are excited by the prospect of contributing to a purpose-driven organisation, I look forward to receiving your application.
