Accounts Assistant - Part-time - Cardiff - £27,000 - £32,000 FTE If you are an experienced accountancy practice candidate who enjoys building strong client relationships and are looking to continue your career within a supportive and ambitious firm, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for. A well-respected accountancy practice is looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant to join its Cardiff office on a part-time basis. Working alongside experienced Managers and Partners, you'll gain exposure to a varied client portfolio whilst continuing to develop your technical skills within a collaborative and professional environment. As an Accounts Assistant your duties will include: -Preparing year-end accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies -Assisting with the preparation of management accounts -Preparing VAT returns and supporting bookkeeping assignments -Assisting with personal and corporate tax returns -Working closely with clients to resolve day-to-day accounting queries -Supporting senior colleagues with a range of accounting and advisory projects The role would suit: Someone with previous experience working within an accountancy practice and be confident preparing accounts and supporting clients with their ongoing accounting requirements. AAT qualifications would be advantageous, although qualified-by-experience applicants will also be considered. You'll be organised, proactive and enjoy building positive relationships with both clients and colleagues.
