Part-Time Bookkeeper

Your new company Hays Accountancy & Finance are currently working with a growing organisation near Newark looking for a stand-alone Bookkeeper to take responsibility for all aspects of the accounts circa 3 days/24 hours a week. Your new role Reporting to the Board, you will be responsible for all aspects of bookkeeping, including purchase and sales ledger, nominals, accounts to trial balance, VAT, payroll, month-end routines as well as banking, reconciliations, balance sheet, assisting with budgeting, cash flow forecasting and expenditure analysis. What you'll need to succeed You will be an experienced bookkeeper, ideally AAT part or qualified with wide-ranging accounts experience including ledgers, VAT, trial balance, payroll and month end. You will need your own transport due to the rural location of the organisation and be living within a commutable distance of North East Nottinghamshire as the role is hybrid working.
