Part-Time Groundskeeper, 3 days per week, North London, £30,000 gpa

A large, beautiful private estate in Totteridge, North London is seeking a Part-Time Groundskeeper to support their existing full-time groundskeeper. The property features mature gardens, extensive lawns, fields, a pond, stables; a rich and varied environment for someone who loves working outdoors. We are looking for someone happy to work under the direction of the full time Groundskeeper, taking initiative when needed to work independently, but also assist the wider household team when an extra pair of hands is needed. The role is flexible and could suit someone balancing work with studies or other commitments. Responsibilities • General grounds maintenance across the estate • Lawn and field upkeep • Planting, pruning and plant health management • Tree trimming • Pond cleaning and maintenance • Fence mending and upkeep of outbuildings • Equipment maintenance and cleaning • The Ideal Candidate • Experience in large private gardens or estate grounds • Solid horticultural knowledge – planting, pruning, plant health • Reliable, hardworking and happy to work independently • Comfortable working discreetly in proximity to the family home • Equestrian experience a bonus but not required Days of work: 3 days per week Salary: £30,000 gross per annum Start: ASAP Job Ref: SB2493
