Recruit UK are working on behalf of a well-established Independent Financial Planning firm to recruit an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join their team in Corsham.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a close-knit business that has been supporting clients for over 25 years. Due to increasing demand, they are looking for an experienced administrator to provide high quality support to their growing client base.
The role is offered on a part-time basis, ideally 2-3 days per week, although the business is happy to be flexible with how these hours are worked. This could include shorter days across the week to accommodate school hours, making it an ideal opportunity for someone seeking genuine work-life balance.
The successful candidate will have previous experience within financial planning and be confident using Intelligent Office and provider platforms from day one.
Duties:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to a Financial Adviser
• Process new business applications and provider transactions
• Prepare client documentation and meeting packs
• Maintain accurate client records using Intelligent Office (IO)
• Liaise with providers to obtain information and chase outstanding business
• Process Letters of Authority and client servicing requests
• Produce valuations and client reports
• Support advisers with ongoing client administration
• Ensure all client records and documentation are maintained in line with compliance requirements
• Deliver a high standard of client service and communication

Skills and Experience Required:
• Previous experience within a financial planning or wealth management administration role is essential
• Experience using Intelligent Office (IO) is essential
• Knowledge of provider platforms and financial planning administration processes
