Part time Office Cleaner

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Office Cleaner to maintain a clean and hygienic environment within our clients premises in Kilmarnock. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all office areas are kept tidy, safe, and presentable. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with prior cleaning experience to contribute to a professional and welcoming workspace. Hours of work Minimum 4 hours split over 2 mornings per week. 7am - 9am. Duties • Perform daily cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming of office floors and surfaces • Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas to high standards • Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately • Replenish supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels as needed • Maintain cleanliness of windows, glass partitions, and other fixtures • Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly • Follow health and safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment Requirements • Prior experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills • Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled hours • Reliable, punctual, and able to adhere to health and safety guidelines • Physical ability to perform cleaning duties including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Job Type: Part-time Pay: £12.71 per hour Benefits: • Company events • Flexible schedule • Free parking • On-site parking Experience: • Commercial cleaning: 1 year (required) Work Location: In person
