Description
• Accurately process payroll for part-time and full-time staff.
• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and guidelines.
• Maintain and update payroll records and employee data.
• Handle payroll queries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Collaborate with the accounting and finance team for reporting purposes.
• Prepare and distribute payslips and related documents.
• Assist with payroll audits and year-end processes.
• Keep up-to-date with changes in payroll legislation.
Profile
A successful Payroll Administrator (Part Time) should have:
• Experience in payroll processing within a professional setting.
• Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
• A strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Good communication skills to liaise with colleagues and resolve queries.
Job Offer
• A salary range of £27,000 to £29,000 per annum, dependent on the level of experience.
