Family Partner Swansea | Hybrid Working Award-Winning Regional Firm | £70k-£110k Are you an experienced Family Solicitor looking for the opportunity to shape and lead a growing regional practice? This is a rare opportunity to join an award-winning firm where you can play a key role in expanding the Family Law offering across Swansea while building a high-performing team. You'll be joining a forward-thinking and client-focused firm with ambitious growth plans. Working closely with the Head of Department and senior leadership team, you'll lead the strategic development of the Family Department, drive business growth, and establish a strong presence across South Wales.
