Job description

As the Parts and Cosumables Procurement Mnaageryou will be responsible for full end to end procurement in a rapidly growing business. Client Details An organisation within the automotive manufacturing sector in Warrington. Description The main responsibilities for the successful Parts & Consumable Procurement Manager: • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business goals. • Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best terms. • Monitor and manage supplier performance for quality and reliability. • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and relevant regulations. • Analyse market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities. • Work closely with internal teams to forecast procurement needs. • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier agreements. • Resolve any issues or disputes with suppliers promptly and effectively. Profile A successful Parts & Consumable Procurement Manager should have: • Experience in procurement, ideally within the automotive industry. • Strong negotiation and supplier management skills. • Knowledge of procurement policies and compliance standards. • Ability to analyse data and identify cost-saving opportunities. • Excellent communication and organisational skills. • Proficiency in relevant procurement software or systems. • Strong experience in the automotive industry and working within a parts and consumables environment.
