Patient Coordinator - Harley Street Aesthetic Clinic Location: Harley Street, London Salary: Up to £35,000 basic + commission About the Clinic An established aesthetic practice on Harley Street, this clinic has built a reputation for delivering exceptional patient care and results. With a lead consultant who is a familiar face on TV, the practice enjoys a steady flow of patient enquiries and offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment for the right candidate. The Role We're looking for a Patient Coordinator to join the team. You'll be the first point of contact for patients, guiding them through their journey from enquiry to treatment. This is a sales-facing role, but with a strong ethical focus; you'll be converting patients by building trust and showcasing genuine results, not by overselling. Working Hours & Earning Potential The clinic is open 9am-8pm, Monday to Friday. You'll work shifts within these hours, with a maximum of two late shifts per week. Those late shifts are where the earning potential really steps up; evening appointments tend to attract higher-value consultations, giving you a stronger opportunity to boost your commission on top of your basic salary. What We're Looking For • Aesthetic or cosmetic experience essential • Degree-level education • Strong work ethic and self-motivation • Excellent written and spoken English • Arabic language ability is a distinct advantage Key Considerations We'll want to hear how you approach: • Working in an ethical sales environment • Converting patients without overselling • Collaborating with celebrity doctors who regularly appear on TV This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.
