Patient Flow Co-ordinator

RESPONSIBILITY FOR LEADING AND MANAGINGTo support the training and supervision of new members of staff into the team.To act as a mentor to staff for discharge planning.To manage junior members of staff on day-to-day dutiesDeputise for the Senior Discharge Coordinator and Discharge Co- Coordinator in MDT meetings or meetings with external partners.
