Payroll Advisor

Role - Payroll Advisor Location - Leeds or Doncaster Hybrid basis - couple of days a week in the office. Salary - up to £40,000 plus benefits We need someone in this role as soon as possible. You'll play a central role in shaping payroll operations - ensuring our people are paid accurately and on time, every time. What you'll be doing • Deliver accurate, timely payroll processing in line with legislation and internal controls • Support and optimise payroll processes within Workday • Resolve queries efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of data accuracy and confidentiality • Drive continuous improvement across payroll processes and ways of working • Work closely with HR and Finance to provide trusted, expert payroll advice What we're looking for • Strong knowledge of payroll systems and current payroll legislation • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills • Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Effective communication, problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset • Resilience, adaptability and flexibility - you can handle whatever comes your way Benefits • Entitled to 25 days holiday • Holiday purchase scheme • Pension contribution matched up to 8% • Sharesave scheme Role - Payroll Advisor Location - Leeds or Doncaster Hybrid basis - couple of days a week in the office.
