Payroll & People Coordinator

We have a great opportunity for someone looking to expand their skills while working in an HR environment, completing a range of duties, including payroll. Supporting within the HR team, you will be the first point of contact, ensuring the smooth running of a professional service. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate accuracy, compliance, and excellent customer service. You will act as a subject matter expert on payroll and pension policies, manage pension contributions, handle complex queries, and identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery. Within the HR side of the role, you will be coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process, from onboarding and compliance through to offboarding. Candidates must have strong payroll experience within a large, fast-paced environment, alongside solid knowledge of payroll legislation and pensions. We are also looking for someone with strong organisational skills who can communicate effectively with a range of different stakeholders across the business. In this role, you will be contributing to a range of exciting projects. Experience in a recruitment or HR role would be advantageous. We are currently shortlisting for this role.
