PCN Manager

The PCN Manager is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership across Bretton Park & Hampton Primary Care Network (PCN), ensuring the effective delivery of the Network Contract Directed Enhanced Service (DES) and supporting the achievement of the PCN's vision and objectives. Working closely with the Clinical Directors, PCN Board, GP Partners and Practice Managers, the post holder will oversee the day-to-day operational management of the PCN, leading on service development, workforce planning, financial management, governance, quality improvement and contractual performance. The role will play a key part in developing collaborative working across the three member practices and with wider system partners, supporting the delivery of integrated neighbourhood services and contributing to the wider objectives of the Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Integrated Care System (ICS). The post holder will lead and coordinate projects that improve patient care, reduce health inequalities, strengthen multidisciplinary team working and ensure the PCN remains responsive to national NHS priorities and local population needs. The PCN Manager will provide professional leadership, build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and support a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and collaboration across the Network.
