We're recruiting on behalf of a large, modern accident repair centre in Peterborough, offering excellent earning potential, a fantastic working environment and a steady flow of work. You'll be repairing a wide range of vehicles, typically under 5 years old, meaning you'll be working on quality vehicles rather than tired, high-mileage cars. This is a permanent PAYE opportunity with genuine long-term stability and career progression. What's in it for You? • Up to £49,000 basic salary • 10% performance bonus • On Target Earnings (OTE): Up to £53,900 • Up to £23.37 per hour, depending on experience and skill level • Monday to Friday only - no weekends • 40-hour working week • Choice of Day Shift or Backshift • Permanent PAYE position • Company pension • Paid holidays • Modern workshop with state-of-the-art equipment • Friendly, supportive team environment • Long-term career prospects within a growing business The RoleAs a PDR Technician, you'll be responsible for carrying out high-quality paintless dent repairs across a variety of vehicle makes and models. Working alongside an experienced bodyshop team, you'll ensure repairs are completed efficiently while maintaining exceptional standards of workmanship. Your Responsibilities • Carry out high-quality paintless dent repairs (PDR) • Repair minor dents, door dings and creases • Remove larger dents and bodyline damage where possible • Use Push to Paint and Push to Prep techniques where appropriate • Prepare damaged panels to minimise filler and painting requirements • Work closely with the wider bodyshop team • Maintain high levels of quality, productivity and attention to detail About YouWe're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys producing first-class repairs.
