PDR Technician (Paintless Dent Repair) Peterborough
Up to £49,000 Basic Salary + 10% Performance Bonus | OTE £53,900

We're recruiting on behalf of a large, modern accident repair centre in Peterborough, offering excellent earning potential, a fantastic working environment and a steady flow of work. You'll be repairing a wide range of vehicles, typically under 5 years old, meaning you'll be working on quality vehicles rather than tired, high-mileage cars.
This is a permanent PAYE opportunity with genuine long-term stability and career progression.

The RoleAs a PDR Technician, you'll be responsible for carrying out high-quality paintless dent repairs across a variety of vehicle makes and models. Working alongside an experienced bodyshop team, you'll ensure repairs are completed efficiently while maintaining exceptional standards of workmanship.
Your Responsibilities
• Carry out high-quality paintless dent repairs (PDR)
• Repair minor dents, door dings and creases
• Remove larger dents and bodyline damage where possible
• Use Push to Paint and Push to Prep techniques where appropriate
• Prepare damaged panels to minimise filler and painting requirements
• Work closely with the wider bodyshop team
• Maintain high levels of quality, productivity and attention to detail
About YouWe're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys producing first-class repairs.
You'll ideally have:
• Previous experience as a PDR Technician, Dent Repair Technician or Paintless Dent Removal Specialist
• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for quality
• Strong problem-solving skills and a methodical approach
• Experience using Push to Paint / Push to Prep techniques (advantageous)
• Ability to work independently and within a busy workshop team
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
