PENSIONS & INVESTMENTS ADMINISTRATOR LOCATION : Stockport + Free on-site Parking SALARY: UP TO 30,000 + Exam Support + £1,000 increase with each passed exam Our client is a very credible firm of Independent & Chartered Financial Planners who are experience steady growth and now require an additional Administrator r to join their established and loyal team. Working as part of the Financial Planning Support Team, the successful Candidate will need to provide high quality and accurate support to Financial Planners. The role will involve; o Preparing written advice reports and client review reports across a wide variety of advice types including pension, investment, and protection o Maintaining client records, application form preparation and submission o Accurately and efficiently support the Financial Planning team in their delivery of a professional financial planning service o Prepare review reports for client reviews o Write suitability reports appropriate to level of experience for a wide range of advice types o Ensure all relevant compliance paperwork is in place o Maintain core systems (e.g. Intelligent Office) ensuring all tasks are carried out and completed in line with company policy and procedures o Maintain an awareness of, and act in accordance with, all compliance and legislative obligations o Participate in team meetings, including highlighting issues and owning agreed actions through to resolution o Keep advisers updated with progress and liaise with them to expedite completion of advice You may from time to time be required to assist and provide support with administrative functions which could include new business processing, income matching, collating and providing management information and organising future planning meetings with a client on behalf of the Financial Planner. Where necessary, you will liaise with product providers and other third parties to acquire any additional information required to help you write the suitability reports and review reports. Candidates applying for the role will ideally have at least 12-18 MONTHS' experience working in the with good knowledge working in a similar role. NJR16730
